When do you upload new items to the online store?
Good question! We upload vintage designer items every week, usually on Sunday to Thursday after 7pm AEST..
What does AEST mean?
AEST means Australian Eastern Standard Time.
I can’t complete my order, what should I do?
If you’re receiving an error message please check your payment details, address details and for any typos. You can also email customercare@miishka.com for further help.
What payment method did you try?
Credit Card – Has your credit card expired?
Do you have enough credit?
Are you trying to pay with and American Express card?
We accept PayPal, AfterPay, Mastercard and Visa.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 24-48 hours, and once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes. We do not refund orders once they have been in your possession for more than 7 days. Transaction & postage fees are non refundable.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
We do not accept returns for items that simply don’t fit or for change of mind. Please use our Fit Guide to ensure you choose the correct size. See our full Privacy & Terms.
When will my order be posted?
Most orders will be posted within 24-48 hours of purchase. We do not post on the weekends or public holidays.
How long will my items take to arrive?
Whilst we don't control the post and can not guarantee delivery time below is an estimate based on what Australia Post share with us, we do our absolute best to get your items out ASAP.

What does vintage mean?
Vintage means pre-loved, not brand new. It is important to remember that almost all vintage items will show small signs of wear - it is this 'lived in' feeling that makes vintage pieces so unique and special.
Will my order arrive by courier?
We use Australia Post. You will receive a tracking code via email.
How do I know my order went through?
As soon as your place your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add customercare@miishka.com to your safe sender list. You will also receive an email confirming your payment.
I received an email that says my order is ‘completed’, what does that mean?
A “Completed” order means we have packaged your order ready for dispatch and it will be posted within 48 hours.
I don't live in Australia - do I have to pay additional taxes?
You may be responsible for any additional taxes applied to your purchase by the destination country.
Do You Have Any Store Locations?
Yes, right here! We are available 24/7 for you to shop at your leisure. We currently offer free postage in Australia for all orders above $100AUD and a flat $35AUD flat rate for international post or free International shipping for orders over $200AUD.
